Work Package 3:

Taxonomy of integrated palliative care in Europe

WP3 - drawing on the literature review conducted in WP2 - will develop a taxonomy (a hierarchical list) of existing general palliative care models across Europe and contribute to the identification of models and initiatives for integrated palliative care. This work stream will be led by Prof. Dr Lukas Radbruch. It will involve collaboration with an expert panel of advisors and consultation with a wider audience of those involved in palliative care across the continent. The results from WP3 will be used to identify those models of integrated palliative care that will be examined in more detail in work package four.
